Step 3

For the Thecha-
Heat oil and sauté garlic until the raw smell disappears.

Step 4

Add green chillies and sauté well.

Step 5

Add roasted peanuts and salt; mix and switch off the flame.

Let it cool completely.

Add coriander leaves and grind into a coarse paste.

For the Vada
Mash the boiled potatoes.

Step 10

Add soaked sabudana.

Step 11

Mix in the thecha.

Step 12

Add salt, black pepper, and amchur powder.

Step 13

Knead into a smooth dough.

Step 14

Shape into small patties.

Step 15

Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
