Soak cashews in water for 30 minutes. Blend to a paste.
Heat butter, add cumin seeds. Add onions, sauté till golden.
Add tomatoes, cook till soft. Add spices, cook for 2 minutes.
Add cashew paste, mix well. Add paneer, mix gently.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add cream, garam masala. Mix.
Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with naan or rice.
Tips: Use fresh paneer for best results. Adjust spices as per taste.
