Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves,
Add rava and roast lightly for 2–3 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and let it cool.
Add curd, and salt.
Add water gradually to make a thick batter.
Rest the batter for 15 minutes.
Add eno fruit salt and mix gently.
Grease idli moulds and pour batter.
Steam for 10–12 minutes until soft and fluffy.
Serve hot with coconut chuteny .
