Step 1

Wash basmati rice and soak for 20 mints. Wash and cut all vegetables. Keep kadai on gas add oil heat it up and fry shallow fry all the vegetables

Step 2

Add all dry spices,curd,cream ,ginger garlic paste, green chillie paste, coriander leaves and mint leaves and keep for marination for 20 mints. Cut onions and deep fry. Take another saucepan add oil and whole spices then add marinated vegetable and mix it well then add milk let it cool in milk for 15 minutes till the vegetables become dry

Step 3

Keep another big bowl with water ,whole spices, coriander leaves, mint leaves,green chillies,salt and some oil keep in gas let it come to boil 8.Add soaked rice cook 80 % Stain the rice. First layer of rice then cooked vegetables. Another layer of rice ,fried onions,cooked vegetables.

Step 4

Last layer again rice on top add fried onions , coriander leaves, mint leaves,fried almonds,lemon juice and lemon yellow food colour. Cover it and keep for dum for 20 minutes. .After 20 minutes off the gas Remove lid mix it well and serve hot with raita.
