Methi Masala Puri

Combine the whole wheat flour, Semolina along with gram Flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, garam masala ,kasuri methi ,salt and mix well. Knead into a stiff dough and make delicious puris. #LP26

Step 1

Add wheat flour, cooking oil, salt, carrom seeds, chilli flakes and cumin seeds powder in a mixing bowl. Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Step 2

Now knead a dough for puri by adding water slowly. Rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Knead dough again for 2 minutes. Now take a portion of dough and make lemon size balls. I prepard 10 balls with this dough. Roll it and deep fry till golden.

Step 4

Serve hot with Pindi Chhole, sliced onion and pickle.
