My dads fav fruits n shrikhand combined together This is sugar free dessert silky honey-sweetened lychee shrikhand, pistachio jaggery praline-stuffed lychees, and a delicate jaggery pistachio lace for the perfect crunch.

Step 1

In a bowl add hung curd beat it till smooth add rest ingredients mix n keep in fridge.

Step 2

In a pan add jaggery n ghee let it melt, as it starts bubbling chk the consistency then add pista stir n spread on a greased butter paper.

Step 3

Let it cool. Break into pieces.

Step 4

In a mixie jar grind coarsely.

Step 5

Grind dates n pista coarsely remove on a plate add little pista praline mix. Make small balls long shape.

Step 6

Remove the skin n seed from Lychee stuff the ball. Dip the top part on chopped pista

Step 7

Melt jaggery n ghee when it starts boiling spread on greased butter paper n bake in oven till it reaches its required consistency. Remove n sprinkle chopped pista, rose petals

Step 8

Let it cool then break into desired shape.

Step 9

Grind lychee n boil it add kesar  boil till thick. Strain it.

Step 10

Plating: Pipe Lychee Shrikhand,  place stuffed lychee, add pista praline, place tuile, then add lychee sauce. Garnish with rose petals.
