Step 1

Knead a firm dough using flour, oil, and water. Rest 20 mins. Mix all stuffing ingredients into a crumbly mixture.

Step 2

Make dough balls, stuff with sattu mixture, seal well. Roast traditionally on coal/cow dung cakes or bake at 180°C for ~25–30 mins.

Step 3

Dip hot litti in ghee before serving.
