This is a healthy and wholesome breakfast option with the goodness of greens and fibre. A glass of masala buttermilk, lassi or juice is the perfect accompaniment to make your breakfast meal complete.

Step 1

Wash the Spring Onions. Peel the skin off the white part. Finely chop the white and green leaves separately. Finely chop the fresh coriander, chillies and ginger garlic

Take the flours in a mixing bowl. Add salt and all the spices. Add the spring onions, coriander, green chillies and ginger garlic. Add 1 tsp oil, then gradually add water to make a smooth dough. Cover and set aside for 10 mins.

Step

Make small balls of the dough. Dust with dry flour and roll into circles.

Step

Place on a hot tava and grill on low heat from both sides. Brush with oil or ghee and roast until brown or until done.

Step

Serve hot with chutney or pickle on the side.
