Step 1
Grind coriander seeds in a coarse powder. Cut makhana in halves if they are too big in size.
Step 2
Heat ghee in a pan and roast makhana till they becomes crispy and then remove.
Step 3
Roast cashew and almonds till they become golden and crispy on a low flame, remove them.
Step 4
Add kismis and let it pop and then remove.
Step 5
Now in some pan and ghee , add coriander seed powder and sauté on a low flame.
Step 6
Sauté it perfectly till the colour changes. It will take about 8-10minutes. Then turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
Step 7
Then add rest of the ingredients in it and mix well.
Step 8
Our dhaniya panjiri is ready.
