Step 1

Wash and soak the poha for a few minutes, then drain any excess water.

Step 2

In a bowl, add soaked poha, mashed potatoes, capsicum, sweet corn, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, and cumin powder.

Mix everything well until combined.

Step 4

Take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it slightly.

Place some mozzarella cheese in the center and shape it into a ball.

6. Dip a slice of wheat bread in water and immediately squeeze out the excess water by pressing it gently.

Step 7

Flatten the bread slice using palms ace the prepared ball in the center, and cover it completely with the bread.

8. Shape it into a smooth round ball.

Step 9

Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.

Step 10

Deep fry the balls until golden brown and crispy.

Step 11

Serve hot with ketchup, chutney or your favorite dip.
