Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add hing and jeera and let them splutter,

Step 2

Add the cubed potatoes and cook on medium flame till they turn light golden and slightly crispy,

Step 3

Now add all the spices and mix well, add finely chopped tomato and cook till it softens,

Step 4

Then add chopped methi leaves and mix properly,

Step 5

Cook for 5 minutes on low flame till everything is well combined and cooked, serve hot
