Aloo ki Puri

#BP26 Combine the whole wheat flour, sooji, boiled and mashed potato along with cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, garam masala ,kasuri methi ,salt and mix well. Knead into a stiff dough and make delicious breakfast.

Step 1

Peel and Mash boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add wheat flour, cooking oil, salt, carrom seeds, chilli flakes and cumin seeds powder. Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Step 2

Now knead a dough for puri by adding water slowly. Rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Knead dough again for 2 minutes. Now take a portion of dough and make lemon size balls. I prepard 12 balls with this dough. Roll it and deep fry till golden.

Step 4

Serve hot with Rasedar Aloo ki subji and pickle.
