Step 1

First, I will mix water with flour to make a smooth paste. After that, I will add finely chopped onions, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and chaat masala, and mix everything well to make a good paste.

Step 2

Once the paste is ready, I will cook them one by one on a tawa with some oil. After cooking one side for 2-3 minutes, I will flip it over. When both sides are cooked well, our aata chilla is completely ready.
