Step 1

First, Soak Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Makhana, cardamom, saffron, dates with 2 cup of hot milk for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Then, blend everything into smoothie. In a bowl add chopped fruits of your choice and blended puree along with sweetener of your choice. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and it’s ready to be serve.
