Add all-purpose flour, coconut powder, chopped cashews, milk powder, cardamom, baking powder, and baking soda to make a soft dough.

Prepare medium-sized balls. Dip cookies in milk and coat with coconut powder.

Garnish with gulkand (rose petal jam). Place cookies on a baking tray. Preheat the oven (OTG) for 10 minutes. Bake Coconut Cashew Cookies at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until crispy brown.
