#UTSAV26 Crispy from outside and soft from inside, these Fasting Potato Pakodas are a delightful snack to enjoy during Navratri or any fasting day. Made using a ready fasting flour mix and spiced potato slices, they are quick to prepare and perfect to serve with green chutney or curd dip. Fasting foods are usually simple, sattvic, and light, avoiding regular grains and spices—yet recipes like this keep the vrat menu flavorful and satisfying.
