Green Corn Mix Dryfruits Halwa

#corn26 Green corn contains a lot of fiber which is very useful for the health of the body along with other nutrients. Various types of recipes can be made from green corn. Here I have tried to make Halwa from green corn in which I have used milk powder and different dry fruits which is quick to make and tastes very delicious

Step 1

Remove the kernels of green corn and boil it in a cooker

Step 2

(Don’t boil them in water) Then add milk in a mixer grinder and grind them very finely

Step 3

Put a pan on gas and fry the corn paste well

Step 4

After that add hot milk and stir well

Step 5

Mix and add sugar. Now add milk powder and stir well

Step 6

Now when the halwa is ready, add cardamom powder and cut dry fruits and mix well add a little ghee when the halwa comes out of the pan remove it from the gas

Step 7

Now take it out in a bowl, garnish it with your favorite dry fruits and put poppy seeds on top and keep it in the freezer for half an hour then garnish a serving plate and serve it

This halwa turns out to be very nutritious and delicious
