Step 1

First of all collect all the materials

Mix equal amount of oil in wheat flour and knead the dough Peel the corn and steam it.

Grind cashew nuts very finely. Make powder of cardamom and nutmeg

After that, add milk to the mixer for the boiled grains and grind them very finely.

And sift the flour with a sifter so that its fibers come out

When it thickens, wash the saffron in two spoonfuls of milk and add it. When the mixture thickens, keep the pan in between and check Now take it off the gas and add cardamom powder cashew nuts, khas khas and let it settle

Now after sifting wheat flour put a ball of puran in it and pack it like a kachori and roll the puran half.

After that roast the puran poli on a tawa on slow gas until pink in color. This puran poli will be uniform, thick and flat if pressed and it will be like a ball

Just cook the ready puran poli nicely in pure ghee and serve This puran poli makes a very delicious dal and energy booster
