Step 1

Boil water and jaggery in a vessel until the jaggery melts completely.

Step 2

Now heat ghee in a pan or kadhai.

Step 3

When the ghee is hot, add celery and millet flour to it.

Step 4

Roast the millet flour on low flame till it gives out a nice aroma and changes colour slightly.

Step 5

After the flour is roasted, slowly add the prepared jaggery water to it.

Step 6

Keep stirring it continuously so that lumps do not form.

Step 7

Now add dry ginger powder in it.Let this mixture simmer on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes, until it reaches the right consistency like soup.

Step 8

Finally, add finely chopped dry fruits and mix well.
