Step 1
Thoroughly rinse soaked quinoa in a fine mesh strainer for 2 minutes, using your hands to sort through and pick out any discoloured pieces or pebbles that may remain.

Boil and cook it in 1 ¼ cup of water.It will take about 8-10 mins .

Once you see the thread like strands coming out switch off the stove.Allow it to cool and keep aside .

In a pan ,Add almond milk, coconut milk, almond powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, grated dark chocolate and stir.

Bring to a boil over low heat, cook for about 10 minutes, uncovered, stirring constantly,till it gets right consistency .

Add cooked quinoa and remove from heat and add maple syrup or coconut sugar and vanilla .Stir to combine.
Step 7
Taste and adjust flavour as needed. Cool .
Step 8
Pour into1 large bowl and add toppings of mixed nuts, sliced banana , fresh grated coconut and blanched and peeled almond halves.
