Step 1

In a medium saucepan, add quinoa and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 13-15 minutes, until the quinoa is fluffy.

Step 2

Keep the heat on low. Add soya milk or almond milk, sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and Stir to combine.

Step 3

Cook until the quinoa has absorbed milk.

Step 4

Pour quinoa into a bowl or deep platter Top with (banana, coconut flakes, almonds and berries of choice)

Step 5

Serve with honey. Drizzle honey over ,if you want more sweet .
