Ek handi me water ko boil karna hai.
Boil hote hi soak arhar dal,chana dal ko dalna hai.
Phir haldi powder,bay leaf and grated ginger ko add karna hai.
Then add chopped potatoes, chopped brinjal, chopped pumpkin, chopped papaya, chopped arum, chopped peas and chopped beans.
Mix it properly.
Lastly add pink salt as required.
Sab vegetables and dal ko ache se pakana hai.
Then last me tadka dena hai.
Aur ek pan me jeera seed and red chilly ko roast karke kut karna hai jese dardara sa spices ready karna hai.
Aur ek pan me add ghee, panch phutan ,jeera seeds,Fenugreek leaves,red chilly , hing and add karna hai iss tadka ko handi mai dalna hai .
And mix it properly.
Lastly add roasted jeera ,red chilly spices and mix.
