Step 1

Wash the poha gently and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan,

Add mustard seeds and let them crackle, then add curry leaves and green chillies. Add chopped onion and sauté,

Then add potato and cook until soft. Add tomato, turmeric, and salt,

Step 4

And cook until the mixture is soft. Now add the soaked poha and mix gently. Cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame.

Step 5

Turn off the heat, add fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix lightly, and serve hot.
