Step 1

Soak rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds for 6–8 hours. Grind into a smooth batter.

Step 2

Allow to ferment overnight (8–12 hours).

Step 3

Add salt before cooking. Heat a flat pan (tawa). Pour batter and spread in circular motion. Drizzle oil and cook till crispy.
