Mango Cookie Thick Shake

#AAM26 This shake is inspired by the popular Mango Graham Shake that is originated in the Philippines. Mango Graham Shake is a popular and beloved dessert in Philippines. It is creamy and luscious shake prepared with the ripe mangoes, Graham crumbs, cream as a key ingredients. Graham crackers are popular wheat crackers from U.S. Here I have replaced Graham Crackers with digestive cookies.

Step 1

Roughly crush cookies in coarse powder.

Step 2

Blend mangoes with milk cream and condensed milk/sugar in a thick puree.

Step 3

To assemble add some cookie crumbs in serving glass. Then add the blended mango mixture, then add some cookie crumbs and like this.

Step 4

Serve chilled.

Step 5

Note: You can make separate cream layer if you wish, then don’t blend cream with mango, whip it separately.

Step 6

Adjust condensed milk/sugar quantity as per sweetness of the mangoes.
