Step 1

Mix rava, curd, and water to form a thick batter (like idli batter). Rest for 10–15 minutes (rava absorbs water).

Step 2

Add onion, carrot, capsicum, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, cumin, and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Just before cooking, add Eno and a little water. Mix gently (batter becomes fluffy).

Step 3

Heat a tawa, grease lightly with oil. Pour a ladle of batter and spread slightly thick. Drizzle oil around edges. Cook on medium flame until golden, then flip and cook the other side.

Step 5

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
