Creamy Spinach Corn Cheese Toast with Boiled Egg

Step 1

Take a pan heat some butter and saute the garlic cloves.

Step 2

Then add flour and cook for 30 Seconds till it becomes light brown in colour.

Step 3

Add milk and the consistency should not be too thick.

Step 4

Add corn, spinach and all the spices mentioned and stir them.

Step 5

Bread should be lightly toasted and then spread the spinach corn mixture and enjoy with boiled eggs
