Fresh Peas Paratha

#BP26 Green peas paratha is a delicious whole wheat Paratha stuffed with spiced mashed peas filling. These no onion no garlic matar paratha can be made for a filling breakfast or lunch or can also be packed in a lunch box.
Mix wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a soft dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Peel, wash and grate ginger and chop green chilli and coriander leaves.
Transfer fresh Peas in a mixer and grind coarsely on pulse mode. Transfer it in a mixing bowl.
Add all the ingredients for making stuffing I e.grated ginger, chopped green chilli and coriander leaves in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Mix all the spices.
Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it. Place stuffing in the centre. Fold the edges to centre and make a ball. Roll it round.
Heat a griddle. Put rolled paratha on it and roast on medium flame till golden. Flip the side and roast from the other side also. Flip again.
Now apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispy golden brown colour. Remove it in a plate. Like wise make all the paratha.
Serve hot with butter and ginger tea.
