Bengali Thali: Wash the rice and egg and boil it together. Then deep fry pumpkin, bitter gourd, potato, spinach and small fishes.
After that check whether the rice is cooked. After the rice is cooked lay it on a plate. Place the fried vegetables along with rice and egg.
Garnish with bell paper, capcicum, cucumber and onion and serve.
