Chop cucumber tomato onion bell pepper chilli. keep everything bite sized

Heat oil and mustard oil. add mustard seeds let them crackle. add curry leaves. turn off heat.

In a big bowl, cooked millet, all veggies, pomegranate seeds, peanuts. Pour warm tadka on top. add lemon juice salt black pepper. toss gently.
Add coriander leaves. chill for 10 minutes or serve fresh
