Soak sabudana in water for 1 hour, then drain all the water completely using a strainer.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Add chopped onion, chopped potato, and chopped tomato. Fry them well.

Add green chillies and fry until the veggies turn slightly brown.

Add the soaked sabudana and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add a little water, then add turmeric powder, salt, and red chilli powder. Mix everything.
Cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes till sabudana turns translucent. Your Sabudana Khichdi is ready!
Tip: You can eat this during fasts too.
