In a mixing bowl put together kuttu ka atta and salt , mix well . Now by adding water little by little make a medium thick batter , mix it nicely with your hands for at least 5 minutes . In the meantime heat oil for deep frying , first on high then make it medium .
Now add chopped green chillies and coriander to the batter and mix well . Then add the potatoes and start making pakodi , by putting the potatoes wrapped in the batter , one by one . Do not overcrowd the pan , always fry in small batches . Fry them , by turning them at regular intervals , until it becomes crispy and brown .
Serve it with Coriander peanut chutney and kuttu ka halwa
