Step 1

Wash the potatoes and boil in a pressure cooker Roughly chop dhaniya and mints leaves. Take a blender and add mint leaves , coriander leaves, green chilly,ginger,garlic salt and l and blend to make a paste

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and add boiled potatoes and saute for five mins. And turn off the flame.

Step 3

Now add green chutney and mix well. While serving squeeze some lemon and sprinkle some black salt and roasted cumin seeds Powder and mix well. Enjoy dhania aloo chaat.
