First, prepare the rice by pressing two spoons of rice in a hot pan with the help of a clean cloth. Repeat this process until all the rice is cooked. (The rice should be cooked only after the pan is hot.)
Now, when the ghee is hot in the same pan, add jaggery and prepare the jaggery base. Now add the rajgara rice to it, mix well and spread it on a plate greased with ghee.
3.Once it cools down a bit, cut it into pieces with the help of a knife. Once it is completely cool, cut it into pieces and put it in a container.
