Step 1

Take small portions of the prepared thandai puran mixture. Roll into smooth marble-sized balls.

Step 2

Place on a plate and chill for 10–15 minutes.

Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals.

Step 4

Add a little ghee or coconut oil if needed for a smoother consistency.

Step 5

Dip each chilled truffle into melted white chocolate.

Step 6

Coat evenly and remove excess chocolate gently.

Step 7

Place coated truffles on butter paper or a tray.

Step 8

Sprinkle chopped pistachios while chocolate is still wet.

Step 9

Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until the coating sets.

Step 10

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
