Step 1
Put the milk powder, sugar, and coconut powder in a mixer jar and grind them finely. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Now, grind the betel leaves in this mixer jar.
Step 2
Remove the stems from the betel leaves, cut them into pieces, and place them in the mixer jar. Add a little warm milk and mix well to form a paste of the betel leaves and milk. You can also add two green colored betel leaves; this is completely optional. We need to mix this green mixture with milk powder, coconut powder, and sugar and knead it into a dough-like consistency. Apply two drops of ghee to make it smooth.
Step 3
Put tutti frutti and fennel seeds in the Gulkand mixture on a plate. Mix well. Now, add the milk powder, coconut powder, and sugar mixture to it and prepare a smooth Gulkand mixture. We will stuff the Paan Modak with it.
Step 4
Grease the Modak with ghee as shown in the picture and pour the green mixture into it. Make a small space in the center with your finger, fill it with the Gulkand mixture, and then top it with the green mixture. Prepare Gulkand Paan Modak using the same model of Modak.
Step 5
Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on the Gulkand Paan Modak and garnish it with rose petals. Offer it to Ganpati Bappa and enjoy eating the Prasad.
