Step 1

Blend the sprouts with a little water to make a smooth paste.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the sprouts paste, grated beetroot, besan, carrot, capsicum,green chilli, ginger, coriander, red chilli powder, and salt.

Step 3

Add water gradually to make a smooth, pourable batter.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease it with oil or ghee.

Step 5

Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it gently into a thin circle.

Step 6

Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook on medium heat until golden.

Step 7

Flip and cook the other side until crisp and fully cooked.

Step 8

Serve hot with mint chutney, curd, or tomato ketchup.
