Step 1
Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss with a few drops of oil to prevent sticking.

Heat oil in a wok or pan.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté for 30 seconds.

Add onions, carrots, cabbage, and capsicum. Stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Step 6
Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together for 2–3 minutes.
Step 7
Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
