Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add hing and jeera and let them splutter, add chopped onion and garlic and sauté till golden and fragrant,

Now add roughly chopped tomatoes and cook on medium flame till they become soft and slightly mushy,
Step 3
Add all the spices and mix well, cook till oil starts separating slightly, add a little water if needed to make light gravy,
Step 4
Finally add Ratlami sev and mix gently, cook for 1–2 minutes only so sev stays slightly crunchy,
Step 5
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
