Step 1

Make Batter Mix Maida, Cold Milk, Ghee and Lemon Juice. Slowly add ice Cold water and whisk to make a very thin, flowing batter. Add baking soda.

Step 2

Fry Ghevar Heat ghee in a tall, narrow pan, pour batter in a thin stream in the center. Let it form a net. Keep pouring in circles till Golden and Crisp. Remove Carefully and Drain.

Step 3

Boil Sugar, Water cardamom Powder and Saffron to make a One-String Syrup.

Step 4

Assemble Place Ghevar on a plate. Pour Warm Sugar Syrup Over it. Top With Home-Made Rabdi, Dry Fruits and Rose Petals.
