Step 1
In a bowl, combine wheat flour, salt and ghee. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Keep it aside to rest.

For the filling, mix sattu with onion, green chillies, ajwain, kalonji, Homemade Pickle Spices ,lemon juice, mustard oil, coriander and salt.
Step 3
Add a little water and mix to make a moist but crumbly stuffing.
Step 4
Take a portion of dough, make a small cup, fill it with the sattu mixture and seal it properly. Shape into round littis.
Step 5
Grease the pressure cooker generously with ghee, spreading it well over the base and sides.
Step 6
Heat the cooker on medium flame for 1 minute.
Step 7
Place the littis inside, keeping them slightly apart around the sides.
Step 8
Cook on “low flame for 5 minutes”.
Step 9
Remove the whistle and cover the cooker with the lid.
Step 10
After 5 minutes, carefully turn the littis over.
Step 11
Cook again on “ow flame for another 5 minutes”, until the littis are well cooked and golden.
Step 12
Remove from the cooker and serve hot with “chokha, chutney Green Chilli, Onion Slices and melted ghee”.
