Step 1

First wash and boil the dal chop all the green spices, onions, tomatoes, take wheat flour in a pot, add salt, turmeric, asafoetida and make a bag-like flour for dhokali and kachori

Step 2

Now boil the dal on gas and add all the dry spices and groundnut seeds and ginger chilli coriander and boil it very much

Step 3

Put oil in a pot, add rye fenugreekcumin,cinnamon cloves green neem, bay leaf and hig and add it to the dal.

Now boil it by crushing garlic and adding garam masala

Step 5

For the dhokali roll the thepala with flour and roast it raw on gas so that the dhokali does not stick to each other in the dal

Step 6

Now cut out the shape of dhokali Keep some of the flour made for dhokali aside for kachori

Step 7

Now for the kachori peel the potatoes and mash them and add all the dry spices and prepare the filling as per taste.

Filling the Kachori Make a ball of the prepared filling in it and pack it like a kachori

Step 9

Now add dhokali and kachori to the dal from above add a little water and boil for a few minutes on low gas, once everything is mixed well take it off the gas

Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with coriander and onion and serve hot

This kachori dal dhokali is absolutely delicious in taste

You can eat this Gujarati dal dhokali alone and you can also enjoy it by making rice
