  2. You might also use a juice grinder if possible. It has one huge jar which can be used to make lassi for a huge group of people. 
  3. Use a milk pan if you are boiling milk to make fresh curd and then churning it to make fresh lassi at home. 
  4. Another great option is the hand mixer, which can essentially make your lassi frothy and thicker if that’s what you like.

In a mixer grinder, add 1 cup of fresh yoghurt.

Give it a pulse. Add 2-3 tbsp sugar. Give it another pulse until the sugar has dissolved.

Add a pinch of salt and some ice cubes.

Add 2 cups of water, grind well for 5 minutes approximately
