Crispy Heart Shaped Potato Snacks

Step 1

Peel and mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, corn flour, salt, and oregano. Mix well with your hands until a smooth dough forms.

Grease your hands with oil and divide the dough into small balls.

Step 4

Place a ball between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a sheet.

Step 5

Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes. Repeat with the remaining dough.

Step 6

Place the heart shapes in an air fryer basket, brush with oil, and set to fry mode at 160°C for 15 minutes.

Step 7

Flip the hearts, brush with a little more oil, and air fry for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 8

Serve the crispy potato hearts hot with tomato sauce and enjoy!
