Butter Garlicky Spicy Crispy Corn Ribs

Earlier it was eaten as simply roasted and coated with lemon juice, red chili powder, and salt.  Now there are so many variations like masala corn, buttery, garlicky, schezwan, and many more. Roasted, grilled, air-fried, boiled, hot, and spiced, etc…   Sweet Corn is the best monsoon food for people who love to enjoy the cold weather with something hot and spicy. Corn chaat, corn tikkis, corn soup, corn cheese balls, and corn fritters are items people love to enjoy..

Step 1

Take sweet corn. Boil in water for 7 minutes. Add salt in water.

Step 2

Then cut it into ribs with a sharp knife. On a plate, take garlic and melted butter, salt, aamchur powder, lemon juice, and coriander. Mix well. Apply to each rib.

Step 3

Take a grill pan, and drizzle oil. Put the corn ribs. Grill till it turns crispy and crunchy. Sprinkle salt and red chili powder together to enhance the taste.

Step 4

Take mayonnaise, add schezwan sauce, and tomato ketchup. Stir well. Schezwan dip is ready to enjoy with corn ribs. Enjoy….. Crispy corn in the rain.
