# Children’s day treat Steamed Veg Momos, also known as Dim Sum, is a street food recipe that promises an authentic taste of street-style steamed vegetable momos. These dumplings are served with a tantalizing Spicy Chili Chutney.

Step 1

Heat oil in wok add onion, cabbage and saute till it get soft.

Step 2

Add green chilies and paneer, mix it well.

Step 3

Add salt and cook till the mixture get dry.

Step 4

Now take all purpose flour and salt in mixing bowl, mix it, add 1/2 cup of water in beetroot powder or fresh juice

Step 5

Make soft smooth dough using beetroot water. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Take handful dough and roll it direct on kitchen platfom. Keep the remainirng dough covered with wet muslin cloth Before rolling the dough dust all purpose flour on platform and on that flour u can roll the dough easily. Roll it thin.

Step 7

Take out the small size round shape pieces from rolling dough by using round cookies cutter.

Step 8

Stick petals every sides. About 1 tablespoon of stuffing gather all the stuffing along the central line. Secure the stuffing from all the sides by pressing with your figure.

Step 9

Spread out the outer petals to give natural rose look. Do same with others

Step 10

Grease the steamer plate and place rose shape momos in steamer keep little distance. Steam it for 30 minutes on medium flame.

Step 11

Transfer it to a plate and serve with garlic red chilli chutney.

Step 12

Rose shape veg momos are ready to eat
