Grind the Marie Gold biscuits in a mixer jar until they become a fine powder. Grind the bread slices as well and transfer both to a large mixing bowl.

Add the cocoa powder, Bournvita, oats, and chocolate fudge. Then add the milk, chopped nuts, and powdered sugar or khandsari. Add the baking powder and mix everything well to form a smooth batter.

Grease an appe (paniyaram) pan with ghee and spoon the batter into the cavities. Cover and cook on a low flame until baked through. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

Arrange the appe on a serving plate. Garnish with chocolate fudge and roasted oats, then serve.
