Step 1
Mix corn paste and gramflour.
Step 2
Add curd, green chilies paste to taste and salt, mix well.

Make thick batter,use water if needed.
Step 4
Add Add sufficient water to steamer and grease small idli mould.
Step 5
Heat till water reach to boiling temperature.
Step 6
Mix batter well and add fruit salt.
Step 7
Again mix well and pour the mixture to idli small mould.
Step 8
Steam till cooked about 5 minutes.
Step 9
When ready,cool and remove button idlies from moulds.
Step 10
In the mean time Heat oil and deep fry pakoras till golden brown .
Step 11
serve hot corn button pakora with salad stick and curd-dip or dip of choice .
Step 12
Garnish with corn kernels,pudina powder and chat masala to taste before serving.
