Step 1
Peel the lauki lightly. Cut into thick 2 or 3 inch cylinders.

Scoop out the center carefully to make hollow pieces.
Step 3
Boil in salted water for 5 to 6 mins only until slightly soft. Remove and cool.
Step 4
Heat little oil. Saute onion and ginger garlic and chilli. Add spices.
Step 5
Mix paneer coriander. Cook 2 mins and cool.
Step 6
Fill each hollow lauki piece tightly with paneer masala.
Step 7
You can secure with toothpicks if needed.
Step 8
Lightly fry the stuffed lauki pieces in ghee oil until slightly golden. Keep aside.
Step 9
Make Shahi Gravy. Cook onions tomatoes and cashews until soft. Cool and blend smooth.
Step 10
Heat ghee oil. Add ginger garlic paste. Add blended paste and spices
Step 11
Cook until oil separates. Add little water for gravy consistency
Step 12
Finish with kasuri methi. Place stuffed lauki in gravy
