Step 1

First, wash the moong dal with clean water. Then let it soak for 5 to 6 hours, after it is soaked, grind it without water. After grinding, add ginger chilli paste, then take it in a bowl and add oil and salt and mix.

Now put butter in a pan and heat it. Then take the mixture of mung lentils in another pot and add half pouch eno to it and bake in a hot pan.Now add some carrots, some tomatoes, some capsicum, some onions, cumin, and let it cook slowly and then bake it from one side to the other.

Bake only so that it cooks inside and it will cook in about 5-7 minutes.When the other side is baking, add some butter again so that the other side will also shine and the seak also goes well .Now when the pizza is cooked from both the sides, cut it in the star shape and given it in the photo, cut it like this.

Step 4

First apply some butter, then put pizza sauce on it, then add green chutney, then onion, tomato, capsicum and add coriander and add oregano and paprika and garnish a little teaspoon and then close the inner layer.. Now put a little butter on the top layer, then put pizza sauce, then put green chutney on top and then also add some sejwan chutney and add coriander and cheese on it.

Step 5

Keep it in the microwave for 1 minute until the cheese has melted, now taste the exotic dish with the desi hot pizza paratha
